Taco Pizza

I needed something easy to make for dinner. I came up with this really easy recipe a couple weeks ago. My family loved it. It's pretty good.

Taco Pizza

2 packages of crescent rolls
taco meat
lettuce
olives tomatoes
green pepper
sour cream
onions
green chilies
taco sauce
cheddar cheese

Roll out crescent roll onto a cookie sheet. Cover with taco sauce. Pour taco meat over taco sauce. Place all other ingredients over taco meat and cover with cheese. Set oven for 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Humm, Yummy.......

Flu...

A came home on Valentine's Day with a fever from school. It was 103.1.....YIKES! He complained of having a headache, body aches, shivers and being tired. I think he might have the flu. He had a fever all weekend. Had him stay home on Friday and he'll stay home on Monday. It's my turn to stay with him. J and I take turns on who stays home with the boys when they get sick. I hope he starts to feel better soon.

Chevy

Isn't he getting big? I'm sure that other ear will try to stand up on it's own. I read somewhere that you shouldn't be concerned until after they are done teething. I am hoping that it pops up on it's own. I really don't want to tape the poor thing. I saw pictures of that and it looks goofy!

For the most part he is a pretty darn good puppy. He has found his forever home. We love ya Chevy!

About this week.....

This week has finally come to an end. I am glad....I had to make a very important decision! I went on a job interview last Thursday. I did enjoy what I'd be doing, but now is not the time. You know how you know something feels just right? Well, this did not feel right. I just need to stay where I am at for a little while longer!

Work at regular job is ok. It really just dragged on & on this week. I guess it's because one of friends has taken a job in Cleveland. I am excited for him and saddened that I will be losing a good friend. I wish him all the luck on his new job!

D was sick today. Poor guy he had an upset stomach all week. I hate it when your child is sick and there is not much you can do for them. You pretty much have to let the flu take it's course. He felt YUCKY all day long. It's hard when you work and you can't be home. He looks better this evening. I think we will skip out on basketball tomorrow. That's alright though...I have plenty to do on Saturday.
